Floristry by Sally does not offer returns or refunds for fresh flowers, as nature can be fickle. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact eventsbysallywotton@gmail.com and we will endeavour to rectify the issue.

Delivery
Orders are delivered by Sally (or courier) within a 15km radius of North Adelaide 5006. If you would like to send flowers outside of this radius, please contact eventsbysallywotton@gmail.com
All flower orders are delivered with "authority to leave" instructions. If there is no safe place to leave flowers and redelivery is required, the customer will be required to pay for redelivery.
